Kết quả xử lí số liệu cho thấy sự khác biệt về chiều cao và số lá/cây giữa các nghiệm thức so với đối chứng có ý nghĩa về mặt thống kê. Sau 60 ngày nuôi cấy, chiều cao cây của các nghiệm thức tương đồng nhau và thấp hơn cây đối chứng, tuy nhiên khi tăng nồng độ KH2PO4 và nồng độ đường thì cây có sự phân nhánh, thân to khỏe, lá nhiều và xanh hơn. Số lá/cây ở các nghiệm thức 10, 11, 12 tương đồng nhau và nhiều nhất. Từ kết quả trên cho thấy môi trường MS chứa 60 g/l đường và tăng nồng độ KH2PO4 là môi trường thích hợp cho sự sinh trưởng của Dã yên thảo in vitro. 41  Sự ra hoa Bảng 4.11. Kết quả xử lí số liệu cho thấy tỉ lệ cây ra nụ ở các nghiệm thức 2, 3, 10, 11, 12 so với các nghiệm thức còn lại khác biệt có ý nghĩa về mặt thống kê. Tỉ lệ cây ra nụ cao nhất là ở nghiệm thức 2 và khác biệt so với các nghiệm thức 10 và 11, 3 và 12 tương đồng nhau. Sau 44 ngày cây Dã yên thảo in vitro hình thành nụ hoa, số nụ/cây cao nhất đạt 7 nụ, sự khác biệt về thời gian ra nụ và số nụ/cây giữa các nghiệm thức không có ý nghĩa về mặt thống kê. Như vậy, môi trường MS chứa 340 mg/l KH2PO4 và 40 g/l đường là thích hợp nhất cho sự hình thành nụ ở cây Dã yên thảo. có thể do Điều đáng lưu ý ở đây là tất cả các nụ trên đều tàn sau khoảng 7- 8 ngày mà không nở thành hoa. Sự tượng hoa đã xảy ra, chồi hoa được hình thành với đầy đủ các cơ quan như: đài hoa, cánh hoa, nhị hoa, lá noãn nhưng nụ không tăng trưởng và nở, Nguyên nhân của hiện tượng này không được rõ, có thể do thiếu một số chất dinh dưỡng. Sự thiếu hụt vi lượng (như Bo), sự tương tác giữa các chất điều hoà sinh trưởng nội sinh hay yếu tố gen cũng có thể ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển của nụ hoa. Sự nở hoa chỉ xảy ra khi chồi hoa đã trưởng thành và được thực hiện nhờ vận động cảm 42 ứng (như quang kỳ, nhiệt độ,…), có thể những điều kiện này chưa được đáp ứng nên nụ không nở. a1 a2 b2 b1 b3 Hình 4.4. Kết luận Từ những kết quả thu được có thể đưa ra một số kết luận sau:  Đối với cây Dừa cạn - Môi trường thích hợp nhất để Dừa cạn ra hoa trong ống nghiệm là môi trường MS bổ sung 0,05 mg/l TDZ và 0,1 mg/l NAA. Ở nồng độ 0,1 mg/l NAA kết hợp với 0,1 hay 0,5 mg/l TDZ Dừa cạn cũng ra hoa nhưng tỉ lệ thấp hơn. - Cây Dừa cạn in vitro hình thành nụ sau 58 ngày nuôi cấy và sau 68 ngày thì hoa nở. Có 5 hoa/cây, hoa có đường kính 2 cm, độ bền là 2 -3 ngày. - Khi tăng nồng độ TDZ hoặc BA kết hợp với NAA thì sự sinh trưởng của cây giảm và ức chế ở nồng độ từ 1 – 2 mg/l.  Đối với cây Dã yên thảo - Nồng độ KH2PO4 340 mg/l và 40 g/l đường thích hợp nhất cho sự hình thành nụ sau 41 ngày nuôi cấy, có 7 nụ/cây và các nụ này đều tàn sau khoảng 7 - 8 ngày mà không nở thành hoa. - Bổ sung TDZ hoặc BA kết hợp với NAA, tăng nồng độ KH2PO4, giảm nồng độ KNO3 đều ảnh hưởng đến sự sinh trưởng của cây và không cảm ứng được sự ra hoa in vitro. 5.2. Đề nghị Để có thể hoàn thiện được đề tài, chúng tôi xin đề nghị một số hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo - Nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng đơn lẻ của các chất điều hòa sinh trưởng TDZ, BA, GA đến sự hình thành hoa trong ống nghiệm. - Các yếu tố khác như thời gian chiếu sáng, cường độ chiếu sáng, nhiệt độ trong giai đoạn hình thành nụ, giai đoạn nở hoa cũng cần được nghiên cứu thêm. - Nghiên cứu độ tuổi của mẫu cấy ảnh hưởng đến thời gian ra hoa. - Sử dụng mẫu cấy cắt bỏ ngọn để giảm chiều cao cây đồng thời cây phân nhiều nhánh, từ đó có nhiều hoa hơn.
