Trong đó: Cs: số khuẩn lạc (tế bào vi sinh vật/1g mẫu hay 1ml) ∑N: tổng số khuẩn lạc trên tất cả các đĩa đếm được. n1: số đĩa tương ứng với nồng độ pha loãng thứ nhất. n2: số đĩa tương ứng với nồng độ pha loãng thứ hai. n3: số đĩa tương ứng với nồng độ pha loãng thứ ba. V: thể tích mẫu sử dụng cho một đĩa. d: Hệ số pha loãng ứng với nồng độ pha loãng I. 3. Phương pháp xác định hao hụt khối lượng % Hao hụt khối lượng 100 %
