HOST COUNTRY HAS ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGNITY WITH RESPECT TO WATERS, SEABED AND SUB SOIL UNDERLYING AND AIR SPACE ABOVE.BASE LINEIT IS THE LINE FROM WHICH THE DISTANCE OF EACH MARITIME ZONE IS TO BE RECKONED.
